      Some truly awesome people Quite a bit of freedom over ‘how’ to do your job Engineering org is tight and sticks together Company starting to value remote work Stack is complex, forces some interesting learning

      Cons

      Long term stability could potentially be a problem, Hard time retaining employees in tough Seattle tech market, Leadership lacking in overall direction and progressing culture at times.
