- Work scope quite chill at times, has gotten increasingly messy and overloaded since everyone else has left. - Got chance to get off if overtime needed, subject to boss appoval - Got monthly team gatherings (dinner)

- No learning opportunities - Management unprofessional - No AWS and Bonus - Full office work, supervisor will micromanage.

your job here is to develop gambling software, and they might or might not reveal this during the interview. the turnover rate is extremely high even among this industry standard, because some of the employees were unaware that the job scope involving gambling. project management is a mess, changes are not documented, instead they pass the information around verbally, deadlines and requirements are unclear. no AWS no bonus no nothing.
