Didn't get my money for 2 months!
Support doesn't answer (our make up excuses), heads of company don't reply mails. Everyone just don't care about tutors, that's not just me struggling with this!

We would like to apologize that you were confronted with payment difficulties. We assure you that this issue is a top priority for us and we are working closely with our partner banks to avoid such cases in the future.
That you feel our support team is not responsive is a shame. Our tutor management team works passionately to provide you and the 19k+ tutors that we work with worldwide, with the best possible support. To provide even faster support, we have therefore also introduced a central support channel, through which we can process your requests in the shortest possible time and forward you to your personal tutor manager for specific concerns.
