Pros

Goalbook is the perfect balance of small company with larger company benefits. They invest time, money, and effort into employees and their ability to build relationships internally, the salary is higher than similar roles at similar sized companies, and the benefits are excellent. My manager is strategic and gives excellent feedback. I truly feel as though I am challenged and able to grow thanks to her support, instead of just checking in for the sake of checking in. The people at Goalbook are smart, forward-thinking, passionate, and inclusive. I feel connected to the work and mission in a way that is hard to find.

Pros

Goalbook is an excellent organization with a great mission and team. I've been with the company for multiple years now, and can't speak highly enough about not just the work that we do, but the way we go about it. Goalbook is one of the few companies that legitimately walks the walk internally and externally.

Goalbook has a “player coach” model, which I love. My manager is doing similar work as I am, which allows for fruitful conversations and truly helpful feedback. We meet weekly, and he is always available if I need additional support. I don’t feel as if I’m alone in this work. Goalbook is intentional about relationship building. It’s a company that truly “walks the walk.” I feel lucky to work with incredible people, and I feel like we have genuine and authentic connections due to the structures and systems that Goalbook has in place to promote relationship building. I have loved my time at Goalbook and look forward to working here many more years!

At this time, I don't feel like I have any meaningful cons that haven't been heard by leadership and acted upon.
