Cons
All Saturday working Very few public holidays (no Christmas, Gandhi Jayanti, New Year etc.) Need to sit in office for 48 hours per week but 40 minutes everyday is upaid so you end up sitting in office for 48 hours + 4 upaid hours every week. This okay with people living in colony but outsiders have a tough time. Scope of growth is also time bound. I have seen people who have been working in the same role for over 5 years. Teams are fragmented so work is never done. Zero ownership.
