Goggo is really an amazing start-up. From the team to its culture, vision, and current-future initiatives, it's undoubtedly a fantastic place to work. - The team. You will work with the best of the best. Each team member is a superstar and entrepreneur in their own way, and it's fantastic to learn from and with them. - The vast variety of projects and initiatives done at Goggo. It is truly shocking to see so many diverse initiatives of big magnitude being successfully handled by the few rockstars at Goggo - Full responsibility and no ceiling for growth or new ideas. - Great team, company culture, it really feels like a family - The industry and projects are just so interesting. New autonomous mobility is a very exciting topic
Cons
Pretty much zero! Nonetheless: - If you are a self-starter, you will love it in Goggo. But this is not a company for someone who doesn't have an entrepreneurial/proactive mindset, as it requires a lot of flexibility in working in multiple diverse initiatives simultaneously - As a young start-up, a few internal processes are still to be developed. Which is exciting because everybody takes care of it, but would be easier with a proper process for those workstreams

- Very exciting job. The work is as varied and impactful as it gets, and the industry (shared autonomous mobility) is highly interesting and disruptive - The team. Very friendly, motivating and exciting culture with incredibly talented people working alongside you. - The relevance and scope of the projects, and the reach of Goggo are impressive to say the least - Full accountability and responsibility of your work from day 1
Cons
None that I can think of so far! In any case, I can outline the fact that it's a startup in a very flexible phase, which might be complex to adapt to for some, as projects may fluctuate and you have to be highly adaptable and proactive. That doesn't bother me though, as it also makes the job very exciting
