Pros

- Great location at Phaya Thai BTS - Modern and nice office - Great coworker - Great learning experience - Good work life balance

Cons

I have been working here for over to years and got fired last month. This is the second time within 6 months that they let many employees go. The owners lack experience and blame anyone but themselves. They do not listen to their staff and do not communicate anything. Both times when there were layoffs, they would keep everything secret and then fire everyone the last day of the month. No wonder the investors decided not to further fund this company. To be honest I am happy I got fired, this company has been going downhill for at least 8-10 months now. The owners try to save as much as they can, and only think short term. This business could have worked out with two experienced owners.

Pros

- Located in the heart of Bangkok (next to BTS Phaya Thai). - Very helpful and hardworking colleagues - System was user friendly and efficient (creating quotations, checking of orders, logistics follow-up and coordination with other departments). - Managers (especially production and sales managers) were very helpful with problem solving and dedicated to their work. - Flat hierarchy: Able to approach the CEO/Upper Management directly. They were quite flexible and open to new ideas. Not all ideas were accepted , but they do encourage people to talk to them.

Cons

- The profitability of the business model is questionable. - No control over delivery, lousy courier partner. - Color of print is not consistent. (e.g. a customer ordered high qty of prints, but because the prints were divided into different printing machines hence when combined, they will have noticeable color difference which leads to complaint.)

Pros

- Fast paced international environment, execution focused - Self motivation is expected, high performance culture - Higher than average salary for a startup in Thailand - Possible to work on different projects at a time - Awesome colleagues. Company culture used to be very good, unfortunately deteriorated over time...

Cons

- "Growth at all costs culture" - Even with low or no traction projects or verticals one of the Managing Directors will try to push it without looking at the numbers and without consideration of team or projects dynamics, despite a supposedly high focus on analytical thinking. - High employee turnover, loyalty is not rewarded sufficiently. - There have been restructurings, company does not feel as fast growing as it used to be - Zig zag strategy. Despite being execution-heavy, the focus of the management is all over the place, leading to extreme strategy and tactic changes almost every week. This hurts company performance in every indicator.

Thanks a lot for your honest feedback. As you described, we started several projects in 2019, and despite our best efforts, not all new initiatives were successful. As a start-up company, it is always hard to balance focus between the core business on the one hand, and new initiatives on the other hand. As co-founders of the company, we definitely tended to tackle too many projects at once. We think, we learnt from our mistake, and now have laser focus on our core business.
