Great people and a good idea to take to the market. Great location in San Francisco and a healthy work culture. All the employees are hard-working and dedicated to the mission.
Cons
Management lacks the leadership necessary to execute a plan. Rather than allowing individual leaders to perform, they're hand cuffed by bureaucracy, which shouldn't be the case for a small company.
The location is convenient to public transit, the team is engaged and incredibly hard working, the snacks are good, and the work is rewarding. There is great team energy!
Cons
The stability and work-life balance is not great. The higher education market has proven really difficult to crack, and the stress of that makes every decision seem hugely significant...sometime too significant.
