The life style is very laid back on board and most of the time you are given the tools and equipment needed to carry out your tasks.
Cons
The manning office being in Croatia has lead to a jobs for the boys hiring policy. This leads to unqualified people getting jobs due to family connections. There are also plenty of qualified Croatians from outside of Split who are over looked for promotion.
