Pros

The only pro is that I can work from home, most of the time.

Cons

Very money hungry. Husband and wife team want to basically hire only people they know or are related to. I know that they let people go for unjust reasons. No HR to report serious matters to without retaliation.

They have many product offerings, lots of trainings available for newer MLOs.

Cons

Make you punch a clock, even though you are on your own time, bait and switch people to join the organization by offering benefits that they do not really intend to provide you with, senior staff at their corporate office can be very arrogant; as if there aren't 1000 other companies with the same offers for you, treat licensed professionals like children.
