      Pros

      People in the executive offices are professional and friendly. Made it easy to join the team as a new member.

      Cons

      The company does not have a clear structure to those that are not within the company and so there a lot of individuals who are confused as to who a complaint or issue goes to. After being partially bought out by Diamond Resorts, the time share owners are very confused as to who owns their property causing a lot of issues.

      Pros

      Well known hospitality company in Virginia Beach. lots of jobs available If you like sales and soliciting, then being an OPC is definitely the job for you.

      Cons

      not much room for growth with many positions. They spin some of the job titles to make you think you're doing one thing but then your actual work is something completely different. they have a HIGH turnover rate and most marketing positions are commission based. if you're not salaried you get ZERO benefits of any kind, health, paid time off, vacation. There is lots of hidden fees and such.
