Pros
Potential to make a ton of money, good benefits package. Most of immediate management genuinely cares about their team and their people.
Cons
Absolutely no company culture. Corporate decisions make the job far more difficult than it needs to be. Schedule is seasonal and can be rough- summertime you get no free time, spring/fall you can be sitting at home for days at a time waiting to work.
