      The only positive thing that I can offer is that the owners are nice.

      Cons

      The location of the properties in Downey/Paramount is horrible. A lot of theft and security problems to deal with.

      Little oversight from the owners, which allows for creativity with property operations and marketing.

      Cons

      Appreciation to employees is not given for their sacrifices of time and effort. Salaries are not consistent with industry standards, or with employees experience and education levels.
