      Camaraderie is the only reason to work here.

      Cons

      Raises are ridiculously low and certain attorneys get away with bad behavior even though they don't produce much.

      Pros

      GK was my first legal job out of college and I really feel like it was a gem. The incentives were great - a lot of free lunches, OT, personal office, holiday perks, gym inside building, nice lunchroom, nice building (this was prior to covid, not sure how things are now.) Most employees were nice, respectful and helpful.

      Cons

      Some attorneys and secretaries were very rude, unprofessional, and aggressive. Very low pay. Not a lot of diversity. Hard to advance.
