      Employees are all nice and friendly.

      Cons

      The management level is horrible. Using traditional Chinese/Taiwanese management strategy to manage the company. Never consider or improve employees' benefits. Pay low salary but endless tasks. Most lending officers get paid high salaries without doing their job.
