Working with the lovely residents who resided in the facility.

Cons

Worst company I’ve ever worked for in my life, half the time the staff did not get paid properly. Or at all. Essentially, they exploit seniors out of a ridiculous amount of money monthly, to live in sub par conditions. Absolute horrible company.
