The "work week pay period" is 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Wednesday to Tuesday. In other words they take advantage of you working boat shows and overtime. There is a mandatory 1 hour lunch (no wonder half the employees are extremely obese). Nobody needs a 1 hour break to have lunch. A prime example would be to look at the office staff, all extremely obese and just overall unhealthy individuals. The single toilet for the staff is constantly covered in feces. It is not an enjoyable working environment with 400 lbs employees destroying the toilet and people who smoke cigarettes every 15 minutes. They claim to be a "made in USA " manufacturing company when they actually buy all of their motors from china. The motors have to be cut off when and if they fail. Classic marketing scheme claiming to be 100 percent American made. Save your money and Buy elsewhere. The golden standard is a joke with this company don't be fooled!

Stressful work environment, that lacks any type of competent management. Pay per hour is below average for the manufacturing industry, and pay per unit or rate per bundle per day is impossible to reach in order to earn more than stand hourly pay. Health benefits and insurance costs are outrageous. Well known as the company to avoid locally.
