Pros
I honestly can not say one good thing about this company outside of it has great potential if management tried and looked at the big picture.
Cons
I have always heard to never work for a small company as they have a lot of HR violations but I can definitely say I had no idea what I was getting myself into. It's a very hostile and caustic environment in the sense of anything goes. Foul language, management talking badly about each other out loud. Race, Age, Sex, any kind of discrimination you can think of.
