      Pros

      Due to the company being small it feels like a second family. Management is flexible and will work with you if family issues arise and as long as everyone pulls their weight work is very manageable. Management tends to be supportive of you as long as you demonstrate the willingness to grow.

      Cons

      Health insurance is not best compared to other banks.

      Pros

      Small company, so job descriptions can be flexible with lots of opportunities to do projects outside the scope of your 'regular' role.

      Cons

      Lots of management turnover. Virtually everything about the company is changing, including its target market, strategic focus, business locations, staffing, etc.
