Pros

I have been working with this company about 6 months now and i see a great potential in developing your career with latest technologies. Pros are: Good place to work. Work-life balance is good. Nice initiation and gesture of celebrating employee birthday's on end of the month.

Cons

Sometimes, need to stay long hours. Need more experienced people and technically strong onboard. Should improve employee benefits like paying for extra hours. Provide some recreation activities (like foosball, table tennis, carroms, chess) so, that employees can be free from stress.

Best place to work, if you are from those who values same for enjoyment and work. According to me, this is interesting place in terms of learning work too. Will give thumbs up for life at GST.

According to me, the company is surpassing all the requirements to the employees. So no cons.
