Pros
Pay is the only thing that this company is great for. Not That they pay more than other companies, but because they always have endless overtime because people don’t wanna come in. The union is great best union I have ever seen in contract security. Coworkers are pretty good group if people to work with.
Cons
Management is horrible no matter how high up you go. The owner is awful and 90 % of the people under him. Your checks might be incorrect and then it takes forever to fix it. They genuinely do not care about there people and it shows.

Pros
Pay is great for the work that you do and the other officers there will make the long days go by faster. Work there long enough to get your clearance and immediately look for something better.
Cons
Management doesn't care about you as a person but as a body to put on post. Supervision is spineless and will punish the smallest of things because they are emotional.
