      Pros

      It will start out nice and then the goal posts will move and expectations will also. Ownership changes their mind midway through a project and then blames you for the outcome. So the Pro is ownership will know who you are.

      Cons

      The owners are spoiled children with no respect for hard working people. Don't get pregnant, sick, or request a vacation.

      Opportunities for internal promotion, interaction with upper management, beautiful office space. Upper management encourages learning opportunities, both through on-the-job and third-party training. This is a company you can grow with. Company also plans events so employees from all offices can socialize.
