During my time under Manager Prathmesh, I experienced and witnessed a highly biased and demoralizing work environment. There is clear favoritism towards a few employees—particularly a couple of female team members—who are consistently considered for promotions regardless of performance or merit. This unfair treatment has negatively affected team spirit and unity.
To give the impression that a small team can handle a large workload, unnecessary pressure is placed on other employees. Many team members are working up to 14 hours a day without any recognition or support. Instead of appreciation, they often face harsh criticism and unreasonable expectations.
What’s more troubling is the lack of professionalism in Prathmesh’s communication. He often raises his voice unnecessarily, nitpicks small mistakes, and creates a tense working environment. Employees hesitate to raise concerns or report him because they fear retaliation—such as being given unfavorable shifts, denial of leaves, or being constantly targeted and humiliated. This toxic cycle forces employees to stay silent until they finally resign. Unfortunately, even after resignation, complaints about his behavior are either ignored or not acted upon by HR or senior management.
Several capable and sincere employees have already left due to this hostile atmosphere. Unless serious corrective steps are taken, especially regarding leadership in the ORM (Online Reputation Management) team, the company's culture and productivity will continue to suffer.
