Working at sales seems that it's a good experienced.You meet a lot of people you deal with different attitude and how you help them for their needs.

Cons

Working like on sales you have to be very careful especially it's a new skills for me buying a gold but by learning it there's satisfaction especially if you satisfied your customer on what they want.

Very learnable field, and can lead to great personal profit. Can have a good work-life balance.

Cons

No benefits, can’t pick up more shifts. You will either be a floater or given a main store. Better to be a floater. Upper management egos & non direct approach affects sales floor. Lack of clear communication
