Pros

The tasks and responsibilities at Goldstar are straightforward and manageable. It's a great place to start if you're looking for a job that doesn't overwhelm you. The team is supportive and collaborative, making the work environment pleasant. Colleagues are friendly and willing to help out when needed.

Cons

Unfortunately, there are very limited opportunities for career advancement. If you're looking to climb the corporate ladder or develop your skills further, this may not be the best place for you.The COVID-19 pandemic hit the live events industry hard, and Goldstar was no exception. The company has struggled to bounce back, and the experience isn't quite the same as it used to be.
