Overall everyone there is great, The office is relatively nice and the variety of clients is also a plus.

Budgeting is way off, The Owner will bring on clients and will set budgets and time estimates without consulting employees who will be doing the work. Doesn't allow any sort of remote work or have a decent grasp on work/life balance.
In the few years I’ve been here, I’ve seen the agency grow consistently with more and larger clientele. The owner, while busy and a bit disorganized, truly believes in making both clients and employees happy. We have great perks that make us competitive with larger agencies - from health/dental/vision to summer hours and cookouts to bonuses to dog-friendly offices. I enjoy the variety of work and technical nature of our clients. I have a large degree of freedom with my accounts.
