      Pros

      Great place to work! It's like one big family. Competitive salary (if you have prior work experience). You're not just a number here.

      Cons

      Health Insurance here is a bit pricey, but could be worse. Facilities aren't as nice as other Integration companies. Facilities need updating.

      Pros

      Gonzalez is a family-owned and operated company who treats their employees well. A lot of the employees have been here 10 to 20+ years. We are one of the only family-owned Body-In-White integrators in the area. Gonzalez has flex time, wellness programs, a walking club, a company soccer team; and the company donates or sponsors a lot of events for charity.

      Building is somewhat outdated, but they have already made positive changes to it.

      Pros

      Salary and commission structure had some great people, most are gone.

      Cons

      Very empty run down office. Unusual work environment. Employees are reprimanded in front of the group. The Manager is not interested in forming a team, rather keeping people quiet.
