Pros
The company fosters a great work-life balance, which allowed me to stay productive while maintaining personal well-being. The work environment was both supportive and professional, and I was fortunate to collaborate with amazing colleagues who were not only talented but also kind and respectful. Working in such a positive atmosphere made every day rewarding and motivating. Overall, it was a fulfilling experience, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to have been part of such a great team.
Cons
The pay was significantly below industry standards, and there were very limited opportunities for raises or bonuses. This made it difficult to stay motivated in the long run. Unfortunately, I felt undervalued and unappreciated during my time there.

- Ranked No. 1 in Korea's Travel and Accommodation Platform Industry recently, and has high brand awareness. - Has stylish office interiors, like 'We Work' style. Some departments may sticked to their former style depending on the floor. - Sustaining lots of valuable welfare, such as offering free meal, supporting gym fee, remote work and seating reservation system at office, which is for unassigned seats.
Cons
- Private equity-based company; if you have any board-related work, need to bear the burden. - The growth of the company does not mean an increase in the annual salary of its employee. - Maternity/childcare leave welfare is good, so colleagues often disappear. In fact, it's an advantage of having good welfare. - Depends on the department, but it has overall individualistic atmosphere. It also may be an advantage.
