Pros

Diversity. We are VERY inclusive especially for the LGTQIA+ community. 3 days sick pay a year, You get 60-80 hours of pto a year depending on your seniority and full/part time. Insurance is not that good but it is offered to full time. Its 100$ a paycheck I believe. Biweekely.

Cons

2 words. Corporate + weed =Good Day Farm. There are no opportunities to move up past being a sales floor supervisor. They removed the inventory manager position and now there is only AGM and GM spots, which are salary paid but is VERY low salary. 35k ballpark. They require salary employees to work 45 hours a week and NO one else is allowed to get overtime. NOBODY. If you get a minute of overtime you, your manager, and the regional manager will be written up for OT. Good day bought up almost every dispensary they could in the 4 state area. They are an incredibly new company which is VERY apparent. Wages SUCK. Upper corporate management is a mess. They argue publicly in our work chats like children. Bud tenders start at $14, leads at $16. I've worked there 3 years and I maxed out my pay at 17$. They did away with maxing your hourly and now do yearly evals at a max 3% of your raise, which was 51 cents for me for a YEAR. Upper management is HORRIBLE. Our vault. They make MILLIONS of dollars a MONTH from their stores. They could afford to give us raises. They also tax our tips as well! Being offered full time is a rare opportunity. Most of the time they will only hire part time so they don't have to give you benefits.
