Management is horrible. Frequently dresses down staff for making the same mistakes they make, changes schedules with no notice, and treats new hires like they are stupid after they mess up small things when they do NOT train them.

Management (who is the owner) at Chinook location is using cctv to control employees and listen to their conversations, was threatening the staff to fine them for using their phone by holding off part of their tips, some of the employees were not given tips completely, every paycheck was missing hours and you had to fight for them, short notice(2hours prior) of a shift time change, passive aggressive remarks and never providing a positive feedback when the employees are the only people who keep this business running. Flies infested for years, the owner does nothing about it then just act surprised that it’s still there
