Pros
Extensive training, supportive network of supervisors, down to earth president/ceo, thorough HR department, opportunities for growth and development, high starting pay. This job was great had I not moved states I would have stayed forever. They taught me everything about plants there is to know.
Cons
Occasional communication hiccups, management growing pains. During my time, the management was still fairly new.
