Most coworkers are nice and helpful, can be flexible with schedules if agreed to during hiring process, fast paced
Cons
Upper management has A LOT of work to do to improve work conditions, personnel rotation is insane, too many people come and go because management does not care for employees working conditions to be favorable

Great Benefits, 4 day alternating weekends, promotions arise in certain departments, some coworkers are great!
Cons
Some coworkers cause unnecessary drama, workload increases often with no compensation, cannot complete some tasks unless more people are hired.
