Pros
Good Things offers an excellent work environment with a strong, supportive culture. The teams are collaborative, management is structured yet approachable, and the leadership team genuinely cares about your development. I had the chance to work with amazing clients and learned a lot through hands-on global sourcing projects. The company gives you space to grow and take ownership of your work, which I really appreciated.
Cons
Occasionally, I needed to respond to suppliers outside of working hours due to time zone differences. but to me, that comes with the nature of global sourcing and wasn’t a problem at all. Honestly, I had no major cons during my time here.

Lovely staff that was not management.
Cons
Unreasonable and questionable management practices. Was often contacted by management for work related matters late evenings, weekends and holidays making it impossible to have a work life balance.
