      Pros

      My position was eliminated (my guess grew too fast last year)…but they had a great severance package. This company cares for their employees and donated to good causes… the benefits are out standing especially the infinity PTO.. I would go back in a heartbeat but sometimes when a door closes it is time to open another

      Cons

      Growing pains but they are going somewhere with their new products… so yummy! My territory had awful traffic so that is really the only thing negative thing to say! When you lose a job you want to be mad but all I wish is success for them
