Truly supportive and friendly work culture where people genuinely care about each other. Leadership that listens, trusts employees, and gives freedom to experiment and improve things. Great work–life balance with flexibility and understanding when personal life gets busy. Opportunities to learn, grow, and work on meaningful projects across different teams. A collaborative environment where everyone’s ideas are welcomed and valued. Talented colleagues who help and support one another. Exciting challenges and a chance to take ownership of work instead of being micromanaged. Fun workplace traditions, social activities, and a generally positive vibe.

Pros

Down to earth leader, with plenty of willpower to do the best for the workers and the company. A young company which is still in a development period. People listen and wants to try new ideas. Plenty of social events like Friday bar, breakfast, 4 big parties, but in the small teams as well, like weekly board games, escape room etc.

Cons

The coffee is bad!. The cafeteria is bad but sometimes but really good if vegetarian. (little con) they only speak English.
