I had a flexible manager, but that was it.

Cons

HR had too much power, and accordingly, they made terminations immediately. For this reason, most employees didn't socialise with each other during work hours - they were too afraid that they would get fired. This is not a good culture to have in a company! Employees need stability in a job, and Goodman certainly doesn't provide this.

Very good company to work for. The CEO is simply amazing, he is a seriously underrated CEO. senior management is also good. very high workload, however, I saw this as a good thing.

Cons

it is a very competitive atmosphere, some of the younger staff were playing the game which is annoying.

Pros

- young dynamic culture working in property services / developments - met some really good friends for life - looks great on the CV to work for a massive A-Riet and guarantees shoe in the door for interviews - great office environment working offsite and in the cbd - big emphasis on team culture - customer focused business

Cons

- top down management - your opinion doesn't get voiced - CEO only mingles with group members and gives no attention to back room staff grinding away - poor leaders at all management levels - culture has turned real sour last 3 years and plenty of staff have left - archaic processes still in place inform of IT and systems - big boys club with senior management
