We’re shocked and saddened to read your review. Whilst we do not recognise the culture and agency you have described, we appreciate your strength of feeling. In terms of the allegations you have made, we want to assure you and all Goodstuffers, present and future, that we take any such allegations extremely seriously and would act swiftly in line with our values and our policies to deal with such behaviour. Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is a business priority, and we have worked extremely hard on gender parity and representation over the last six years, as demonstrated in our Leadership team and our agency population. Not only that, misogyny and discrimination of any kind are simply not tolerated at Goodstuff and they fly in the face of our values. We’re so sorry that your experience of working at Goodstuff was an unhappy one; we know this is an anomaly but that doesn’t excuse it.
