      Good people, nice work environment, good work/life balance, competitive salary, great management, fun company activities, and gym on premises.

      Could be more flexible with working remotely.

      Pros

      Food and alcohol beverages on Fridays, Decent pay if hit monthly structure. Uncapped commission. Food trucks for the summer and a lot of employee events!

      Cons

      Some of “seniors” that have been with the company for years are like family within. No room for personal growth. Some can be very unprofessional. Guys at production are great!
