      1) Work from home 2) Flexibility in call timing. 3) Good working environment on normal days.

      Cons

      1) Limited growth opportunities in pay and promotions. 2) Shifting more towards sales and renewal now.(2024) 3)Meeting can happen anytime. 4) At home also long work timing 10am-8pm (login time). 5) Extra work but no extra pay.

      Cons

      No growth since the company has no stable business. No variable pay or appraisal has been given for years. Very partial management.
