Great COO and CEO, owner really cares about the company and its people, good long term planning, good transparency, well respected products, good benefits, recently redone facilities, major company growth, remote and hybrid options for most office-based positions

Cons

Resistant to change, internal policies haven't caught up with company growth, no clear career paths for most positions, salaries seem below comparable local companies

Great people outside of the department. Culture is surface because not every department is held to its standards and some managers get a "free pass"

Cons

Department is micromanaged & mismanaged. Communication is lacking and makes it difficult to do daily work. A lot of time spent on personality/ feelings rather than decisions or policy making. Decisions were slow and not timely and bosses were hard to reach yet everything required approval from them.
