      Pros

      Work connected with creation of the appliances that are sold all over the world. Nice to see created product on the store shelves. Interesting international experience, working in one team with colleagues from China, Slovenia, Sweden, Netherlands.

      Cons

      Chinese management culture with the constant pressure for no good reason. Inadequate targets and frequently changing requirements.
