      Great team and salary, but facing AI challenges

      Pros

      one of the top staffing companies in colombia with good salary, great team to work with, really experienced knowledgeable team mates

      Cons

      ai has hit hard - now that ai agents can heavy lift development hiring staff augmentation is less appealing. hard cut back on benefits for old/new hires, voluntold salary downgrades. can't seem to outgrow ~500 employees

      - remote work - i cant think of anything else

      Cons

      - they say their core value is transparency but they are not transparent - they have not given raises in years - pay is very low - nobody agrees on anything
