There are no pros to working in this place.
Cons
Nepotistic environment where confusion, stupidity, and ignorance reign on a daily basis. The operations manager all the way up to the company president are incompetent. It is a sad state of affairs how poorly this company is run. The lack of respect and regard for human dignity is atrocious.

Extremely Political environment. The company is used as an internal family weapon. People can be fired at a moments notice on the basis of " internal interviews" of your co-workers that they are forced to do or risk losing their jobs as well.
