Deeply Broken Hierarchy

Pros

Beautiful stores with beautiful things.

Cons

The only people who can successfully function while working here are people who enjoy playing a constant game of tattle tale, preschool politics. The stores are festering vats of fear, money, and control, with employees unable to speak or think for themselves without fear of reprocussions.

Pros

Pretty good discount, cute clothes

Cons

Upper management has been abusive so long that it seems normal to them. They are verbally abusive, aggressive, and very likely regularly breaking hr protocol/labor laws

Very top down approach

Pros

Higher than average pay for the area. Stable work if you don't mind being overworked and over managed to tedium

Cons

Very traditional top down approach from management and owner equally. New ideas are absolutely not welcome. Very rigid rules, abusive management. FEAR based. Everyone is stressed at the Vail and Avon HQs
