The people who work for Gospel Light have a heart for the company mission and are dedicated and skilled employees.
Cons
Over time, a combination of circumstances decimated the upper-managements ability to lead effectively. One problem was that the Christian Publishing industry always had is a low profit margins. As competition grew, the product became more of a commodity and less profitable, especially in California. This was a family-run business, and the family had different ideas on how to rise to these challenges. Nobody was on the same page, which resulted in the demise of this now out-of-business company.
