The company was historically great to work for, International footprint and great opportunities. At one point had assembled a remarkable pool of talents.

Cons

Could not re-invent itself fast enough in the midst of a media revolution and shrank as the printing industry started disappearing. Too much politics in management,

Pros

Good & knowledgeable people. Especially if you have been there a long time and know how to get something done.

Cons

The printing industry is dying. This might not be a good choice for a long term career choice. Senior management has done nothing to improve the working conditions and equipment quality this is especially due to the voluntary and forced departures of the most knowledgeable people.
