Pros
I started at Gotcha! in 2011 and have managed to work my way up through the company. I have learnt so much about the photography industry in my time here and I am so thankful for the opportunities provided to me. It is a very results-orientated company and this has led me to challenge myself and grow in every conceivable way. The support of the team is the thing I like the most about this role, and seeing people grow within the business. It is also great working for a business that captures such important memories for parents and I have loved my time working with Gotcha.
Cons
There are not really many drawbacks as I see it. You have to be prepared to work hard but that's something I am comfortable with
