      2nd generation family who definitely know how to build great buildings and transform neighborhoods.

      Cons

      Racist to the core. Don’t know why they hire anyone non-white, as they eventually fire everyone who is non-white, no matter what their high performance is.

      Good in house employees. Great leasing

      Cons

      entire new upper management staff that came from a horrible company now run this company. Phil is a selfish individual has also fired a great GM for a community manager from his prior company. Everyone is scared for their jobs. David and his father (owners )are clueless for what’s happening on the management side it’s so sad. New management staff hiring family members which is supposedly against company policy but who cares right ??
