      Pros

      Learned a ton from a motivated and knowledgeable team. Everyone is friendly and understanding, especially when personal situations come up. Very grateful to leadership which offered to help me in countless ways including helping me land new opportunities

      There arent any pros to working here.

      Cons

      Work environment is horrible. Management is irresponsible, can never get anything done on time and spend the entire time blaming other management. Incredibly disrespectful, will call you “stupid” or telling you “you will never amount to anything” for not being able to do work for a completely different job you did not sign up for. Will pay once a month for 5 job titles.

      You will learn almost everything there is to know about e-commerce in this job Helpful staff Involved yet hands-off management Great opportunities for growth They took great precautions as a response to COVID-19 20 days of paid vacation and health insurance
