Marvelous spectacle, bring popcorn.
Pros
I need a minute to think about this part.
Cons
Our CEO has been demonstrating his visionary leadership skills lately. For instance, he has been optimizing the workforce by letting go of people for reasons that are beyond our comprehension. He has a dynamic and flexible mindset that allows him to change his opinions frequently and avoid being distracted by important matters. The product is diverse and multifaceted, and it reflects the absence of any rigid or predefined strategy. They are responsive and customer-oriented, and they prioritize the needs of the most vocal and dissatisfied clients. They have been contemplating a new system for years, but hey, ain't nobody got time for that. The customers are understandably unhappy with a system that is constantly "evolving and improving". Sales are dismal, which only motivates the CEO to work harder and smarter. Their core values are paramount, you are encouraged to be honest, speak up, admit mistakes and pay the price. How lucky you are to get a title instead of a raise. That’s so much better than money. Don’t you want to brag about it to everyone? And to make things more exciting, there is no HR department, so be prepared for anything. It’s a spectacular show. Who would want to miss it? Why isn't this on Netflix yet?
